Cancellation Policy
General Service Policy All services provided by Royale Heart are grounded in intention, integrity, and energetic reciprocity. By booking, you agree to honor the energetic container of the work. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Individual Sessions: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered forfeited and are non-refundable. There is a 15 minute grace period, after said time your session is forfeited in full. If you arrive late your session will end at the original time slotted. Refund Policy Due to the customized and intuitive nature of the work, all services—including packages, digital products, and sessions—are non-refundable once booked. Right to Refuse Service Royale is afforded the right to refuse service to anyone at any time she deems it is necessary for the greater good for herself, the client or both. ❖ General Terms Session Delivery: All sessions are held virtually via Google Meet unless otherwise arranged. A reliable internet connection and a quiet, private space are essential for receiving the full benefit of your time. Unable to have such is not an appropriate reason for rescheduling.
