Client Policies

General Service Policy

All services provided by Royale Heart are grounded in intention, integrity, and energetic reciprocity. By booking, you agree to honor the energetic container of the work.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Individual Sessions:

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered forfeited and are non-refundable.

Packages:

Sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe (e.g., 2 or 3 months depending on the package).
Package sessions may be rescheduled within the same calendar week.
Missed sessions are forfeited and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Due to the customized and intuitive nature of the work, all services—including packages, digital products, and sessions—are non-refundable once booked.
Subscriptions (Hearts of Light, Soul Alchemy Box) may be canceled at any time but are not eligible for prorated refunds after payment has been processed.
All products are returnable and refundable if not used or damaged, excluding the signature Hearts of Light & Love candle. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping.

Subscriptions & Memberships

Hearts of Light Membership:

Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your billing cycle.
No refunds or partial credits are provided after payment is processed.

Soul Alchemy Box:

Billed quarterly. Cancellations apply to future billing periods only.
No refunds once a quarterly payment has been processed due to the custom-curated nature of each box.

Right to Refuse Service

Royale reserves the right to cancel or decline services if a client’s behavior is inappropriate, harmful, or misaligned with the energetic integrity of the work. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
