Cancellation Policy

General Service Policy All services provided by Royale Heart are grounded in intention, integrity, and energetic reciprocity. By booking, you agree to honor the energetic container of this work. Private Session Policy Sessions are strictly 1:1 and for one person only. To maintain a focused, high-vibrational environment, no other individuals are permitted in the room during your session. Cancellation, Late & Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Forfeiture: Missed sessions or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and forfeited. Grace Period: Standard sessions have a 10-minute grace period; Consultations have a strict 5-minute grace period. Arriving late within this window reduces your remaining session time. Arriving past the grace period results in automatic cancellation without a refund. On-Demand Booking: Because sessions can be booked up to 1 hour prior, you must be present and ready at your exact start time. Technical Difficulties & Client Responsibility Contact Details: You are solely responsible for providing accurate contact information at checkout. Royale Heart is not responsible for missed sessions due to invalid details. Tech Requirements: A reliable internet connection, cellular service, and a quiet, private space are required. Technical difficulties, poor connectivity, or device issues on the client’s end are not grounds for rescheduling or refunds. Refund Policy Due to the custom and intuitive nature of this work, all services, packages, and digital products are strictly non-refundable. Right to Refuse Service Royale reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time to preserve the safety, integrity, and energetic space of both parties.
