Cancellation Policy

General Service Policy All services provided by Royale Heart are grounded in intention, integrity, and energetic reciprocity. By booking, you agree to honor the energetic container of the work. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Individual Sessions (30, 60, or 90-Minute Virtual Sessions): Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered forfeited and are non-refundable. There is a 10-minute grace period. After this time, your session is forfeited in full. If you arrive late within the grace period, your session will still end at the original time slotted. Booking Window & Attendance: Because sessions can be booked as close as one hour before an open time slot, you must be ready, present, and at your device at the exact start time of your booked session. You are solely responsible for providing a correct, working phone number and email address at checkout. Royale Heart is not responsible for missed sessions, late starts, or communication failures due to incorrectly entered contact details. In-Person Sessions: Please show up to your appointment on time. If you have any questions on where to go, please reach out to Royale. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled with no refund. Once an appointment is scheduled, there are no refunds; you may only reschedule this appointment (subject to the 24-hour notice rule). Refund Policy Due to the customized, time-sensitive, and intuitive nature of the work, all services—including packages, digital products, and individual sessions—are strictly non-refundable once booked. If you miss your session window, enter incorrect contact data, or fail to connect, you forfeit your slot and your payment. Right to Refuse Service Royale is afforded the right to refuse service to anyone at any time she deems it is necessary for the greater good of herself, the client, or both. General Terms Session Delivery: All sessions are held 1:1 virtually via Google Meet or via a direct phone call. Technical & Environment Requirements: A reliable internet connection (for Google Meet), active cellular service (for phone calls), and a quiet, private space are essential for receiving the full benefit of your time.
