Cancellation Policy

Text Session Service Policy All text-based services provided by Royale Heart are grounded in intention, integrity, and energetic reciprocity. By booking, you agree to honor the energetic container of this work. Private Session Policy Text sessions are strictly 1:1. Messages, insights, and guidance provided are meant solely for the booked client. Punctuality, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy No Grace Period: Text sessions begin promptly at your booked time. There is no grace period for text sessions. Rescheduling: Text sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled texting window. Forfeiture: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and forfeited in full. Technical Difficulties & Client Responsibility Contact Details: You are solely responsible for providing an active, accurate mobile phone number (or designated messaging app handle) at checkout. Royale Heart is not responsible for missed sessions due to incorrectly entered contact details. Tech Requirements: High-speed mobile data, stable Wi-Fi, active battery life, and a quiet space free of distractions are required. Technical difficulties, app glitches, poor cellular reception, or device failure on the client’s end are not grounds for rescheduling, time extensions, or refunds. Refund Policy Due to the instant, custom, and intuitive nature of this work, all text sessions are strictly non-refundable once booked. Right to Refuse Service Royale reserves the right to refuse service or end a text session immediately if boundaries or respectful communication guidelines are breached.
