Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy At Royale Heart, we honor your autonomy and recognize that your needs may evolve over time. You are welcome to cancel your membership or subscription at any time. Hearts of Light Membership This monthly membership is billed on a recurring basis. When you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have full access to all community content and live sessions until that time. Please note that we do not offer refunds or prorated credits for any portion of the current billing period once payment has been processed. To avoid being charged for the following cycle, we recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Soul Alchemy Box The Soul Alchemy Box is billed quarterly and includes the preparation of a personalized spiritual care package. Because each box is custom-prepared and curated with intention, we are unable to offer refunds after payment has been processed for that quarter’s shipment. You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. If you cancel after a charge has been made for the current quarter, your subscription will remain active and your final box will be delivered as scheduled.
